Discrete Shipping:

Our Adult Products are shipped “white label” in plain packaging without company names. The return address will only show “1924 Poe Road,Rowland,SC,US.” This applies to all adult products. Men’s underwear and some lingerie from our Florida distribution center are discreetly shipped in plain plastic bags or regular USPS priority envelopes. Only the shipping label will mention “MPG Digital,” regardless of whether the products are shipped from multiple centers. There is only one shipping charge, even if products are shipped from different centers. Orders over $99.00 qualify for free best Saver shipping for US Orders. All products shown on the site are in stock. We use various shipping methods depending on availability.

Route Tracking and Protection is now an option at checkout. This is a third party service that insures your shipments. By deselecting package protection, moesbillcardsz.shop is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items while in route.*

The distribution center only ships products out Monday – Friday. Orders placed Friday Afternoon through Monday morning will ship Monday and Tuesday depending on volume.

Our moesbillcardsz.shop commitment is we will get packages shipped timely (same day or within 1 business day. We do not ship on weekend or holidays) but once the package is in the carriers hands all we can do is watch tracking just like you. There is no transit time guarantee and no refunds for shipping or product that is delayed.

Carriers have discontinued service transit guarantees. They do not refund us for delays and this policy will flow down to our customers.
Shipping credits will not be issued for late or delayed shipments by carriers regardless of service levels unless deemed lost. This is beyond our control.
Transit times shown at checkout are guidelines based on no delays and not a guaranteed date for delivery.
Saver shipping is not a day definite service. This ships UPS on the first leg to your local USPS office for final delivery.
We are doing our best to hold all shipping cost down as gas goes up. We have not increased cost.
We are not responsible for stolen product off your doorstep if Route Tracking is declined at checkout.
It will be a minimum 30 days before we deem a package lost for credit if there is no proof of delivery and Route Protection is not selected
Returns will not be issued for delayed packages for all the reasons above
UPS Air is a weekday service not weekend
If there is an issue I will personally work with you until delivery is confirmed or we deem it lost.
